Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new boots and shoes, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below

 

1.Returns

  • Elegibility:
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Shoes must be unworn and with the original tags attached.
  • Final Sale items, such as clearance products or custom orders, are not eligible for return.
  • How to Return:
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at jamaicashoesusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will send you a return shipping label (if applicable). Please pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Return Shipping:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, or the wrong item was sent.
  • Refund Process:
  • Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2. Exchanges

  • Elegibility:
  • Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or styles, depending on stock availability.
  • The item must meet the same conditions as a return: unused, new, and in original packaging.
  • How to Exchange:
  • To exchange an item, please contact us at jamaicashoesusa@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.
  • If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, you will either be charged for the additional cost or credited for the difference.

3. Defective or Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at jamaicashoesusa@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue.
  • We will send you a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Custom-made items (unless defective)
